 Requirements:- looking for Proactive team player with leadership qualities to lead and supervise the multinational dynamic and enthusiastic team. Who has through command on Arabic and English with excellent communication skills. 
 • Monitor & report Team’s performance and monthly KPI target. 

• Deliver the product and related information to customers.
 • Motivate team to achieve the given targets 
• Execute customer requests by clarifying necessary information, completing transactions etc. 
• Maintain high level of professional environment in the call center. 
Skill set: • At least 8 years of experience in same position in telecom industry.
 • Bachelor degree or Equivalent 
• Experience in handling large team
 • Through knowledge of CRM and Siebel system.
