Requirements:
- He/She should be qualified and must have more than 5 years’ UAE experience only in MEP Construction/Contracting Companies.
- Only those candidates who meet our below requirements can apply. Salary will be as per Industry standards.
• Grade the workers
• Form teams of 10 people Grade wise / Trade wise + 1 Charge Hand
• Preparation of Daily Activity Report
• Deployment of workers and Tracking
• Training
• Prepare panel of sub-contractors (prequalify with site data back-up)
• Plan & mobilize sub-contract workers
• Liaise with procurement Dept to release work orders
• Liaise with Site for work order bills / certification
• Track payment for sub-contractors
• Track labour cost projections
• Track attendance for in-house and sub-contract workers
• Devise incentive plans
