Requirements:
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide services on time
- To provide skilled work in the installation, commissioning, testing, repair, operation & maintenance of air conditioning (AC) equipment & pumps at site
- Supervise, inspect & maintain customers’ air conditioning (AC) systems
- Test individual components to determine necessary repairs
- Requisition for materials/spare parts required for the smooth operation of the equipment
- Make recommendations to replace or repair the equipment
- Carry out outdoor meetings with the contractors/client to discuss technical issues
- Communicate with the contractors, client, suppliers, factory for any technical & site issues
- Develop the knowledge for every product
- Travel to worksites
- Perform other duties as assigned
