Requirements:
Hostess – Night Club, the primary responsibility of this role is to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.
- Preferred candidate will be female and will have High School Certificate/Hotel Management training;
- Stands tall and confident, young, dynamic and presentable with excellent command of English language,
- Highly responsible & reliable, with ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team,
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Previous experience in customer relations function will be an advantage.
