Requirements:
- 3 -5 years of similar experience
- Candidates must be MCSA Windows 10 certified
- CompTIA Network + and/or CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
- Strong hands on experience in IT equipment setup, support, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of the fundamental operations of the software, hardware and other equipment requirements and configurations.
- Experience is practicing an Incident Management Procedure (tracking processes and applications)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent skills and working experience in customer service practices .
- Experience in documentation and good learning skills.
- High problem analysis and solving skills.
- Good planning and organizing skills and attention to detail.
- Possesses good professional character and work ethics.
- Excellent Teamwork skills– Work well in teams-oriented environment
- Bahrain National will be preferred
