Requirements:

Responsibilities include:
  1. Review, recommend, audit, analyze, consolidate & report on all costs and pricing related to food, manufacturing, production, packaging & operational supplies.
  2. Performing invoice control and liaising with retail operations.
  3. Providing information to management with respect to inventories and related costs.
  4. Prepare financial documents, reports, or budgets.
  5. Monitor flow of cash or other resources.
  6. Reviews and checks the monthly costing of products.
  7. Makes recommendations as to pricing, portioning, and other matters related to production.
  8. Reports on a monthly basis product profit analysis, sales and cost of sales analysis and variance analysis.
  9. Suggests new systems and procedures to minimize variances.
  10. Reviews and analyzes the monthly reports and purchase prices of products.
  11. Reviews and analyzes the inventory movements on a quarterly basis and/or whenever required.
  12. Ensures month ending inventory count is properly conducted by coordinating with all concerned parties.
  13. Extensive knowledge in cost management function mainly in central kitchens, restaurant and catering, menu engineering, new recipe pricing, batch production pricing, food costing and variance analysis, MIS reporting and store management and reporting
