  • Requirements include a University degree or equivalent combination and work-related experience and two or more years ideally in a receptionist role or administrative/secretarial or related experience. 
  • Hotel/Hospitality experience will be an advantage
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, word etc.) required including proficiency in a variety of software packages and the ability to analyze basic database information for accurately maintaining data and reporting trends or inconsistencies. 
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
  1. This role has overall responsibility for performing a variety of administrative & reception duties for the office manager and assigned business unit or department. 
  2. These duties may include greet, assist and direct guest, operate switchboard telephone, provide accurate information to internal and external callers, clients or guest, coordinating special projects, maintaining departmental paperwork, files, logs and reports, or researching and compiling a variety of moderately complex data.
