Company: A well-established Japanese Multinational Company in Jebel Ali Free Zone dealing with Automobiles spare parts is looking for Accounts Officer

Requirements:

• Accounts Officer – Age below 29 yrs).
• Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant accounting role, preferably in UAE
• English language skill (business level)
• Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Working experiences at Accounting firms or Multi National Companies is an advantage

Benefits-

1. Salary- AED 7,000 – AED 8, 000(+ medical insurance + air ticket).

Responsibilities-

1. Ensure that the company’s financial procedures and guidelines are complied within all accounting areas
2. Check and input transactions related to cash, bank and general ledger
3. Control and analyze inventory transactions (variances, inventory adjustments, Sales, Cost of sales,
4. Goods in transit) against System’s report
5. Check Daily Purchase Analysis Report generated from system and coordinate it with Logistics
6. and Sales Department
7. Check and input Trade/Non-trade AP transactions
8. Preparation of AP Ageing report
9. Monthly reconciliation of AP Statement from suppliers (Overseas Group Companies and
10. Third Party Companies)
11. Cash and bank reconciliation
12. Prepare Balance Sheet schedules and reconciliation
13. Prepare of Audit schedules & audit related matters
14. Maintain required filing system
15. Otherwise carry out tasks as requested by superior
