Main Duties :
  1. Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails in a 24/7 Environment
  2. Manage and resolve customer complaints
  3. Provide customers with product and service information
  4. Enter new customer information into system
  5. Update existing customer information
  6. Identify and escalate priority issues
  7. Follow up customer calls where necessary
