Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Providing pro-active support by ensuring the smooth running of the executive’s office and managing their working environment.
  2. Preparing confidential correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. Circulating documents for approval and signature.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date filing systems and ensure provision of accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Assist in the preparation of meetings and conference materials, client/executive meetings and team meetings.
  6. Diary Management, booking flights and hotels, and handle complicated and intensive travel requirements.
  7. Liaising with members of the Executive’s team, assisting several directors at the same time with ad hoc requests.
  8. Organizing meetings, conferences, workshops and other business related events.
