As a Reservation & Ticketing Agent, you will provide a
full service-oriented professional reservations and ticketing service to all
customers and travel businesses either through telephone calls or in-person
meetings in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and achieve annual
budget revenue targets.
You will need a Diploma or Associate Degree combined with a
minimum of two years of job-related experience.
1 or more years’ experience of customer service in an
airline/ travel industry/ hospitality.
You will need a detailed knowledge of a Computerised
Reservation System, such as Amadeus.
A sound understanding of world geography is required along
with fluency in English and Arabic (written and oral).
