Company: We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant.
  • Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems
  • Working knowledge of office equipment like Intercom/FAX/Printers/Copiers/Computers etc.
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  1. Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  2. Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  3. Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  4. Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  5. Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  6. Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  8. Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  9. Monitoring and keeping record of all incoming communications like calls/faxes by coordinating with other departments
  10. Perform receptionist duties when needed
  11. Greeting guests and serving them with drinks/snacks if necessary
