The Merchandiser is responsible to maintain adequate stock levels with clients. They should be able to implement all tasks related to listing products on shelves as per instructions and maintain positive business relations at store level.
Requirements:

2 + years’ experience in FMCG merchandising
Hypermarket background preferable
UAE Driver’s License – MANUAL
Possess excellent communication skills
High autonomous organization skill
Be a highly dynamic person
Be courteous and a responsible driver at all times
Possess excellent time-management skills
Have the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Be able to easily prioritize, perform and finalize tasks as per requirement
Be a natural problem-solver

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure that correct stock levels are maintained within designated sectors
Responsible for replenishment of goods within stores as required
Responsible for driving the delivery vehicle to deliver client pre ordered items
Ensure appropriate display of products, as per standards (signage and appropriate shelf placement) in compliance to first in, first out (FIFO) and other industry standards.
Responsible for setup, plan-o-gram execution, fronting, facing and rotating goods as per instructions
Develop and maintain a Route-Plan as per requirements
Responsible for obtaining valid LPOs from Clients.
Responsible for delivering LPOs to responsible person for processing
Responsible for “near expiry” items
Responsible for collection of payments from clients.
Responsible for achieving KPIs and targets set by Sales Manager.
Generation of reports as per company requirements.
Responsible for obtaining quality feedback and comments from Clients.
