Requirements:
- Graduate/Post-graduate qualifications in Fine Arts or Interior Design from a reputed College/Institute/Academy.
- 7 years’ experience in the field of Interior Design with minimum 2 years UAE experience.
- Must have an excellent portfolio of luxury projects – specifically villas.
- Majority of design portfolio done in a contemporary/ modern style. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Project management skills with good organizational skills, to ensure each project is completed on time and within budget.
- Knowledge and skills in the latest software such as Revit, Photoshop, AutoCAD- 2D/3D, Google Sketchup.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schematic Design & design development, space planning & presentations including moodboards
- Selection of hard finishes and soft furniture (color schemes, fabrics, fittings, furniture and lightings)
- Compiling material specifications (finishes, sanitary, lighting selections)
- Successfully managing client expectations, team communication and supplier/consultant coordination
- The position is required to support high end Residential, Commercial and Hospitality projects.
