Requirements:

Should be able to identify and rectify basic complaints with regards to electrical, plumbing and AC system.
Report and record major faults immediately Should have some knowledge in carpentry and masonry and painting
Should have basic knowledge of English (understand, speak, read and write) Should be ready to do medium/ heavy physical work.
Well versed with pool maintenance and landscaping; should be able to do minor maintenance of MEP works
Willing to work after at flexible hours whenever required.
Preferably with UAE driving license
