Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes
- Maintaining Books: Day to day accounting and book keeping
- Petty cash handling
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Prepare and verify daily reports.
- Vouching
- Prepares Assets, Liability, and Capital Account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Responsible for coordination of monthly accounting close activities
- Perform Bank Accounts analysis and bank reconciliations.
- Debtor and Creditor reconciliation
- Maintain accurate, updated and secured accounting records.
- Store Keeping & Materials Management.
- Communicating with customers via Phone, Email and Personally.
- Prepare and recording of receipts and payment vouchers.
- Maintaining and reimbursement of petty cash and the same.
