Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in customer collections, credit recovery.
- Must be organized, mature, flexible, and decisive; possess good judgment and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
- Generate the customer invoices in close liaison with finance department.
- Send invoices to customers at the start of each month.
- Constantly follow up customers who are past due and arrange meetings with them to expedite the pending payments.
- Contact sales people or sales support staff to resolve credit problems.
- Notify management when an account is over 20 days past due, and/or when resolving a problem necessitates their assistance.
- Develop good rapport with customers, sales, and company personnel.
- Recording and closely monitoring the outstanding accounts.
- Receive incoming calls from customers or companies seeking credit information.
