Requirements:
- Education: CA or Equivalent
- Experience : 8-10 years in Manufacturing company (3-4 years in UAE)
- Nationality: Indian
Role and Responsibility:
- Financial planning and analysis.
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Balance Sheet and Revenue Recognition
- Manage Insurance Portfolio for the factory
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
- Financial Evaluation- Capital, examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
- Product Costing
- Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
- Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
- Assist in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
- Analyze business operations, financial commitments, costs, revenues, and expenses.
- Responsible for monthly financial results.
- Arrange Bank facility, banking relations and credit limits
- Preparation of cost sales report for each month. This is to be reviewed by the Director and approved for submission to all the Board of Directors.
- Manage and optimise the cash flow and prepare cash forecast.
- Responsible for leading monthly reporting ensuring that information produced is accurate.
- Analyze and manage plant insurance and claims
- Risk management in an effort to minimize any risk to the business
- Development of cost saving tools and process optimization
- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Manage finance and accounting staff as well as their development within the organisation.
- Credit, debt and liquidity: Provide necessary analysis required by MD to assist in the monitoring of credit/debit and liquidity for the region
- Project cash flow forecasting on a monthly/quarterly basis for expansion.
- In-charge of the fixed assets module – capitalisation & depreciation.
- Preparation of monthly Cash flow, Comparison of Actual with budget, other MIS reports
- Assist in annual budgets and prepare allocations.
- Preparation and interpretation of financial and operational reports to support senior management in achieving profit targets.
- Compiling and analysing the daily sales revenue. Creating and maintaining daily and monthly financial reports – MIS, sales, purchases, overheads, reconciliation statements, profit & loss, profitability analysis, etc.
