Requirements:
  • Education: CA or Equivalent
  • Experience : 8-10 years in Manufacturing company (3-4 years in UAE)
  • Nationality: Indian
Role and Responsibility:
  1. Financial planning and analysis.
  2. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Balance Sheet and Revenue Recognition
  3. Manage Insurance Portfolio for the factory
  4. Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
  5. Financial Evaluation- Capital, examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
  6. Product Costing
  7. Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
  8. Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
  9. Assist in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
  10. Analyze business operations, financial commitments, costs, revenues, and expenses.
  11. Responsible for monthly financial results.
  12. Arrange Bank facility, banking relations and credit limits
  13. Preparation of cost sales report for each month. This is to be reviewed by the Director and approved for submission to all the Board of Directors.
  14. Manage and optimise the cash flow and prepare cash forecast.
  15. Responsible for leading monthly reporting ensuring that information produced is accurate.
  16. Analyze and manage plant insurance and claims
  17. Risk management in an effort to minimize any risk to the business
  18. Development of cost saving tools and process optimization
  19. Budgeting, forecasting and reporting
  20. Manage finance and accounting staff as well as their development within the organisation.
  21. Credit, debt and liquidity: Provide necessary analysis required by MD to assist in the monitoring of credit/debit and liquidity for the region
  22. Project cash flow forecasting on a monthly/quarterly basis for expansion.
  23. In-charge of the fixed assets module – capitalisation & depreciation.
  24. Preparation of monthly Cash flow, Comparison of Actual with budget, other MIS reports
  25. Assist in annual budgets and prepare allocations.
  26. Preparation and interpretation of financial and operational reports to support senior management in achieving profit targets.
  27. Compiling and analysing the daily sales revenue. Creating and maintaining daily and monthly financial reports – MIS, sales, purchases, overheads, reconciliation statements, profit & loss, profitability analysis, etc.
