- Should be excellent in Microsoft Office

- Able to deal with difficult clients or customers (not everyone knows the manners rule)

- Have polished communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Provide clerical support to Employees
- Booking meetings
- Arranging couriers
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of the office, including the location of various files and documents
- Performs other related duties as assigned and directed
