Job Title: Collections Associate
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Company: We are looking to hire experienced “Collections Executive” to be based in our office in JLT, Dubai. Candidates with experience in Healthcare/ Insurance field highly preferred.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting.
Basic accounting knowledge of Accounts Receivables, Collections and Reconciliations of Accounts.
Should have 2 to 3 years prior experience in a similar role (Accounts Receivables, Collections/ Reconciliations) in the Healthcare or Insurance industry in the UAE.
Proficient in computer and internet skills.
Excellent efficiency of working on MS Excel.
Should be able to work and analyze large data base. Knowledge of the billing software is a plus.
Must possess good communication skills.
Free-zone visa will be provided.

Role Responsibilities:

Follow collections effectively with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
Analysis and reporting to customers on their account status on claims.
Ensure internal database for collections follow up is always updated.
Access billing system and make sure the correctness of database for collections and reporting.
Publish internal reports to the line manager.
