We are looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, Chinese speaker is an advantage.
- At least 3-years Real Estate market experience in Dubai
- Experience with Developers is highly required
- Must have excellent knowledge in Microsoft office: Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM- etc.
- Must be Creative and have “can do attitude”
- Should have valid UAE driving license
- Must available to join immediately
- Off Plan Management
- Collaborating with companies and developers to prospect for a new business opportunities and provide them with required information regarding properties
- Responsible for managing a growing customer portfolio within the assigned region
- Generating new database and working on existing data.
- Networking with agents and property owners and developers
- Marketing properties via CRM, property portals such as Dubizzle, Property finder, Bayut, company website and social networks
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing or potential customers in person and via telephone calls and emails with kind and respectful manner
- Creating and performing property presentations
- Following company procedures and be a good team player
