Job Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining the existing clients by regular visits and updates
  2. Identifying new business opportunities and accounts
  3. Constantly gathering new market intelligence and trends
  4. Maintaining regular contact with all airline managers/staff
  5. Submitting sales reports on a weekly basis
  6. Monitoring account performance and implementing new strategies to maximize profitability
  7. Monitoring competitor activities and recommend actions
  8. Implementing credit policy in line with audit requirements
  9. Following up outstanding payments from corporate accounts
  10. Communicating regularly with all team centers, outlets and management
  11. Handling customer complaint
  12. Maintaining relationships with key clients on all levels and identifying new potential clients
  13. Negotiating corporate agreements with and on behalf of the clients
  14. Developing new business relationships
  15. Presenting the company to potential clients through direct communication, telephone calls and emails
  16. Actively and successfully managing the sales process including lead generation, pitch, asking questions and negotiation
  17. As a representative of the company at industry events and exhibitions with the intention of gaining new business leads and contacts
  18. Effectively interacting with other departments and keeping abreast of issues affecting the market, industry and collecting competitor intelligence
  19. Ensuring the company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients
  20. Implementing market strategy and sales plan
  21. Planning and directing activities which includes assessing market values and conditions
  22. Coordinating sales distribution
  23. Establishing effective business contacts
  24. Reporting on sales activity
