Requirements:
Should have 2 years of experience in the Trading industry as an Accounts Assistant.
Job Description:
- Maintain and update cash flow position daily.
- Update SAGE daily regarding the payments, receipts, JV’s.
- Prepare TT and cheque payments to the local, foreign suppliers and utility providers.
- Follow up with the bank on the receipts from the foreign suppliers and payments to suppliers.
- Check and update the Exchange Rates daily.
- Prepare Invoices checking with the LPO.
- Prepare the sales invoices.
- Preparation of petty cash vouchers
- Making entry of payments and receipts in SAGE.
