Job Description:
- Attend incoming calls/Business Inquiries at the front desk
- Attend the walk in customers/suppliers/service providers
- Call the customers for business development/payment receivables and payable
- Coordinate with the field staffs and ensure the staffs are utilized at the optimum level
- Track the service requests, schedule the job and ensure the job is attended up to the client's satisfaction on a regular basis
- close the accounts and keep it up to date all the time
- send out Request For Quote to the subcontractors/suppliers wherever they are involved and chase them until a competitive quote is in place
- Prepare a monthly operations report and present in front of the management.
