Job Title: Inside-Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator.

Company: A leading Group of Company is representing worldwide trading interventions of Oilfield and Marine related products.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years UAE / Gulf experience in similar filed. 
  • Relevant experience in a busy sales environment with industry knowledge. 
  • Should able to communicate with customers on both technical and commercial issues. 
The Role:
  1. Process sales orders on Orion, coordinate with stores and service centers for delivery.
  2. Preparing Quotations and Invoicing.Sales Order Processing, Dispatch Processing and Customer Follow ups.
  3. Interacting with end users and providing proper product description.
  4. Coordination with Sales and Commercial Team.
  5. Submit weekly and monthly plans and sales reports.
