Bachelor of Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience in the petrochemical plant, oil refinery, pharmaceutical industry or its equivalent.
Strong leadership qualities.
Good analytical and quality conceptualization skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the administration of the contract agreement involving the review of the contract to the workers to ensure the offers are fair, accurate and legal binding in accordance with the company policy.
Ensure timely review of the contract to ensure the contract renewal for workers is conducted smoothly according to schedule.
Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.
