Job Description:

  •  The Technical Support Engineer provides onsite & remote support to local and regional distributors to include initial training of distributor’s technical team, installation & troubleshooting of desktop & large format printers and their peripherals (Hardware & Software).    
  • Take 100% ownership of distributors technical matters reported and see problems through to resolution. Provide remote technical support thru phone and email. Provide onsite technical support (special cases).
  •  Log all calls/visits, create & process tickets thru system. Manage response time of incidents (high/medium/normal). Be part of the principal company’s global technical team (escalate unsolved incidents and get support). 
  • Perfect communication skills via phone, face-to-face and thru emails.
  • Very good English speaking, listening and writing
