Requirements:
Accounting Function: 
1.) Preparation and submission of monthly financial, P & L etc. 
2.) Accounts payable, includes processing invoices, following up with vendors and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. 

3.) Accounts Receivable, including processing payments, producing statements of accounts, collections on overdue accounts and account reconciliation when required. 
4.) Processing employee salary, expense reports, verifying expenses are within the company guideline, correcting, errors, questioning abnormal expenses and entering into the finance system. 
5.) Company credit card reconciliation and communication for obtaining supporting documentation. 6.) Invoice creation and distribution when required. 
7.) Filling and records retention 8.) Assisting with monthly and year end tasks 
9.) Processing of LPO payment.
