- Must be Arabic nationality.
- Composes correspondence, reports and memos.
- Arranges meetings and conferences and keeps minutes or records.
- Prepares and maintains expenditure records or spreadsheets for budget, grant or contract.
- May assist in hiring, training, scheduling and distributing work of other staff, students, casuals or temporary workers.
- Performs office functions regarding finances.
- Makes and schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
- Sets up and maintains file systems.
- Answers phones, takes messages and routes calls.
- Prepares forms and operates office equipment.
- May take and transcribe dictation.
- Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
- General assistance required to CEO.
