  • Makes and schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Sets up and maintains file systems.
  • Answers phones, takes messages and routes calls.
  • Prepares forms and operates office equipment.
  • May take and transcribe dictation.
  • Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
  • General assistance required to CEO.
