Requirements:
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience within global market/ organizations with at least 3- 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor degree in Education or other relevant discipline
• Relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in working closely with international
• Excellent management and leadership skills and communication skills
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic skills would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Establishing, managing and directing the section's operation plans and Budget
• Managing and overseeing the development of local, regional and international CSR strategy
• Overseeing the development of all internal and external sections publications
• Overseeing and manage the operational plans for CSR partnerships and CSR communication
• Major stake holder in the development of the operational plans of key existing CSR programs
• Coordination with the respective Marketing/Communication Strategy and Performance Directors for the implementation of all CSR projects
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job
