Job Description: 
Effectively manage large number of incoming calls. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Identity and assess customers needs to achieve consumer satisfaction. Handle complaints, provide appropriate  solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Must have familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
