- Executive Secretary should act as the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation.
- Devise and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
- Organising and attending meetings and to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Delegating work to others in the absence of MD; being involved in decision-making processes
- Do all the secretarial work themselves. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to research, analyse and present clearly and concisely and to work on own initiative.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
