Requirements: with minimum 5 years of below mentioned experience. 

  •  Executive Secretary should act as the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation. 
  • Devise and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
  • Organising and attending meetings and to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
  •  screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Delegating work to others in the absence of MD; being involved in decision-making processes
  • Do all the secretarial work themselves. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to research, analyse and present clearly and concisely and to work on own initiative. 
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. 
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
