Requirements:

To provide quality documentation support to ensure timely handling of sea export shipments.
Candidates with exposure to US, UK, Europe and Asia trade will be preferred.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Responsible for handling documentation related to sea export shipments in compliance with export regulations and in line with agreed standard operating procedures.
Ascertain that the ISF and AMS are filed in as per deadline.
For agent routed BL, oversee the preparation of HBL, MBL and online submission in coordination with agent and local shipper Follow up on Draft B/L from liners and oversee coordination by the team for getting this approved and finalized.
Cross verify documents with DPW and carrier web site for container loading confirmations as per the Load List sent by Operations.
Supervise collection of freight invoices and Final B/L/ from liners.
Handle costing as per quote provided by Customer Service/Sales , supervise billing process by team and prompt dispatch of invoices and B/Ls to the customer/shipper with relevant supporting documents and in line with set SOPs
