Requirements:Any Graduates. Good Computer Knowledge. Good Communication skill. Minimum 3 year experience in the same/similar industry.
- Overall responsible for inventory and stock maintenance for maintain inventory according to requirements.
- All receipt, issue of the material must me recorded in the Stock Register and documents of evidence for the movement of stock item must be maintained in the stores properly.
- All reference numbers (like MRN, MIN, Vehicle Numbers etc) for Material Receipt/Issue must be mentioned accurately in each entry in Stock Register with quantity, vehicle number etc. and also in related documents for cross verification.
- At the time of the issue of the material, must receive the signature with the name from the person to whom you have delivered material and arrange the documents properly. Please note that only signature without name is not enough.
- Submit the Stock Register at the end of the day to Finance department with relevant documents for the verification of the record of receipt, issue and balance on daily movement. Maintain the physical stock on daily basis and that must match with the books records.
- Maintain the Day book for the movement of the material in the computer.
- Assisting mechanical department to maintain and computer tracking of all maintenance records for audit purpose.
