Job Profile: The position of ‘Company Incorporations Assistant’ involves working directly with the Company Incorporations and Business Services Consultant in supporting EER clients, to firstly help them understand the various Free Zone options to choosing which one is more suitable for their business requirements and from time to time other company structures (i.e LLC’s). The Company Incorporations Assistant will also be responsible for communicating the requirements to clients, gathering the relevant documents and updating our internal databases and client files. This process can take from 6 to 12 weeks depending on the type of company setup and various other factors.

Job Profile: The position of ‘Company Incorporations Assistant’ involves working directly with the Company Incorporations and Business Services Consultant in supporting EER clients, to firstly help them understand the various Free Zone options to choosing which one is more suitable for their business requirements and from time to time other company structures (i.e LLC’s). The Company Incorporations Assistant will also be responsible for communicating the requirements to clients, gathering the relevant documents and updating our internal databases and client files. This process can take from 6 to 12 weeks depending on the type of company setup and various other factors.
Duties:
- Manage the administration behind each company incorporation – relevant paper work, company files, and portal administration.
- Maintain and up-date internal databases and procedures in relation to company incorporations i.e. license renewals, customer information, requirements for the various free zones. Creating and maintaining filing systems.
- Communicate the status of files and clearly articulate next steps with clients Research and prepare reports and manuals on the regulatory frameworks of free zones (their policies, procedures and processes) Accounts (Invoice to clients, payment collection, petty cash) Manage oversight of all outsourcing arrangements with third parties within the free zone (the sales team, the visa section team and government services department) Work collaboratively with the company’s resources for achieving client requirements
- Visiting the various free zones when appropriate to submit paperwork or make payments
