Company: A fast-growing multinational company in the field of small domestic appliances is looking for an experienced: Admin / HR Assistant

  • University degree required. 
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. 
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications. 
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. 
Responsibilities: - Assist in all free zone authority-related administrative duties such as:
  1. Submitting and ensuring the processing of all appropriate documentations necessary to obtain visas, work permits for employees.
  2. Ensuring all visas, labour permits and licenses are up to date and proactively arranging the timely renewal.
  3. Organizing visas for business-related travel for managers as required.
  4. Assist in company errands and provide admin support when required. 
  5. Fill in for the Receptionist during her breaks and while on vacation / sick leave. Assist the HR Director as required.
