Requirements:
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector in Bachelor's Degree 
  • Strong knowledge of the reservations systems such as Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be results-oriented, creative and energetic.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • With valid UAE driving license.
The Role 
  1. Proven sales and marketing experienced with excellent contacts with travel agents and corporate. 
  2. Inceptive travel and MICE from local, GCC market, or others Expected to have excellent contact in local, GCC market, or others 
  3. Should have excellent knowledge and contacts for inbound & outbound Tours.
  4. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for driving sales through local travel agencies and corporate/leisure customers.
  5. Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions 
  6. Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales targets and sales calls from visiting travel agents and corporate on a regular basis and utilizing telephone based selling approaches.
  7. Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints 
  8. Ability to multi task and to solve customer problems, take inquiries, and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks 
  9. Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately timely 
  10. Required to pay close attention to details, reviewing, adding, or deleting comments necessary to process orders, sending acknowledgements with notification of order changer or per customer request.
