- Male or female - Russian, European or South African. People who are currently working for a mid-level position in the hotel industry and have the potential to be an operations manager able to handle a team of over 120 staff and manage the restaurant can apply
- Salary: Basic 7,800 + Accommodation or 2,200 + Transportation (if living in company accommodation)
- The salaries will be based on the number of years’ experience and the salary issued from the previous company. The salary could be less or more depending on the mentioned criteria.
