Requirements:
- Must have minimum 15 years experience in the woodworking manufacturing industry.
- Essential last 5 years experience in supervising teams in a factory machine shop, have good knowledge of setting up.
- Must be able to read drawings and cutting lists and communicate with a multinational workforce.
- Understand machining methods and operational routing.
- Troubleshooting all kinds of woodworking machinery and good knowledge of tooling set-up and maintenance.
