Requirements:

You must be high school educated with at least 05 years or more experience in a supervisory capacity with the aviation or hospitality industry.
Professionally equipped with monitoring and oversee all HACCP & QA programmes efficiently and have Knowledge of different cleaning chemicals and machinery.
Basic fire fighting procedures and basic first aid procedures is an advantage.

Job Description

You will be responsible for organizing & coordinating all cleaning and sanitation scheduling & activities with an efficient team of cleaning staff and provides a high standard of cleaning service.
The Scope of work includes the Kitchen, Back of house & Satellite areas ensuring that all production, & service areas remain free from contamination and bacteria at all times and in line with HACCP guidelines and all equipment, small wares, crockery & Cutlery is washed within the stipulated time and as per the hygiene guideline adopted by the Unit.
