Requirements:
Role of the Floor Team Leader is to assist the Duty Manager (DM) to manage the shift operations of F&B outlets, with a particular focus on sales, Customer Service, Merchandising of stocks, Staff allocation, Cash spot-checks, Stock Checking, Shift Closing, etc.
- The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader whilst possessing exceptional presentation skills
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years of job related experience with a proven track record in the ability to manage staff on a day-to-day basis within a similar culture in an international airport, hotel or shopping complex with a multimillion turnover business.
- You will be high school qualified and strong analytical skills and understanding on stock control,Hygiene and Health and Safety
