Requirements:

The main objective is to develop and implement effective growth strategies to achieve target business growth through effective use of mapping techniques, meanwhile, provide support to the project team on market intelligence & market analysis.
3-5 year experience in Paints & Coating Contracts Bilingual preferred

Areas of Responsibility:

Securing new business opportunities from new customers while maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
Responding to project related or general enquiries efficiently this includes technical services on new projects, quotation related inquiries and proper painting systems to achieve budgets.
Mapping Key projects, obtaining market information and following-up with clients and contractors. Promoting and selling the company services to customers through regular customer visits.
Follow up with customers regarding payments. Performing management responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, coaching and counselling.
