Office Assistant urgently required with English and Arabic speaking The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Keeping the company ACCOUNTS up to date.
- Preparing Purchase Orders to suppliers.
- Preparing Invoices to clients.
- Keeping track of payments and collection of payments from clients.
- Liaising with suppliers for updated pricing information.
- Ensuring correspondences with various organisations are sent in a timely manner.
- Assisting the General Manager in day to dayACTIVITIES of the company.
- PreparingACCOUNTING and sales reports.
- Coordinating withBANKS and Auditors.
