  • Strong command of the English language. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel. 
  • 2-3 years experience in accounting. 
Office Assistant urgently required with English and Arabic speaking The right candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Keeping the company ACCOUNTS up to date. 
  2. Preparing Purchase Orders to suppliers. 
  3. Preparing Invoices to clients. 
  4. Keeping track of payments and collection of payments from clients. 
  5. Liaising with suppliers for updated pricing information. 
  6. Ensuring correspondences with various organisations are sent in a timely manner.
  7. Assisting the General Manager in day to dayACTIVITIES of the company. 
  8. PreparingACCOUNTING and sales reports. 
  9. Coordinating withBANKS and Auditors.
