Scope of Work : Main Tasks/Responsibilities Implementation of SAP KSA Country Positive time evaluation
Job Description :- Details Shall drive the design and business blueprint creation for KSA Positive time evaluation
- Shall prepare functional specifications
- Shall carry out the configuration of SAP KSA Country Positive time evaluation
- Shall liaison and work with the ABAP consultant for development requirements
- Shall assist in testing and resolve issues
- Shall train core users on KSA Positive time evaluation and drive training in Arabic
- Shall assist in all go-live activities and provide level 2 support during the period of warranty
- Education Post graduate
- Specialization in human resources (good to have).
- SAP Certification in KSA Positive time evaluation– (good to have)
- Technical Skills & Specialisation SAP KSA Time Management Lead – Configuration of Positive time evaluation including modification to schemas and ability to write PCRs, benefits. Deep understanding of working of KSA Positive time evaluation localization and its treatment in configuration and schema steps.
- Domain knowledge of laws of KSA relevant to Positive time evaluation
- At least 3 end to end mid to large sized SAP HCM implementations in KSA Positive time evaluation
- Template based roll out experience will be good to have
- Functional / Domain Skills & Specialisation Domain/industry experience in a Positive time evaluation department would be good to have
- HR consulting skills would be good to have. Even if the person does not have direct experience with a business consulting firm, he should have had sufficient exposure in this area.
- Language Skills (& level required) English – expert (speak, read and write)
- Arabic - expert (speak, read and write)
- Interpersonal / Consulting / Soft Skills Good communication skills. Should be able to communicate clearly and professionally with end users
- Should have worked in KSA and have sensitivity to local customs and culture
- Management / Team Lead skills (if any) At least 3 end to end mid to large sized SAP HCM implementations in SAP KSA Positive time evaluation
