Resource strategy, structure and programmes as well as to provide leadership and coordination of HR functions.

• To establish, work closely with business heads, understand their business needs and link businesses.
• Develop and implement HR Strategy, develop and maintain business partnerships with leadership for the creation and application of HR initiatives, programmes and processes.
Requirements:
• Candidates with Masters or with suitable professional qualifications with minimum of 10 to 12
years' of work experience in Human Resources Management or equivalent operational experience.
• Strategic thinker with HR knowledge and business acumen with the ability to build strong
relationships at all levels.
