Company: Our client, prestigious bank is looking for a Corporate Services and Real Estate Officer to jointheir expanding team at Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operations &
activities by overlooking meeting room bookings,hospitalities, stationery, printing and cateringservices. Date of posting: 09/07/2015
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all local building and other relevant regulations are fully adhered to.
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure the car readiness for any transportation required by visitors.
• Ensure high quality of the services such as hospitality, stationary items, printing and catering are provided at all times.
• Execute all meeting room bookings and communicate all relevant information related to bookings to the meeting organizer.
• Report on failure of IT components or electro/mechanical services as well as on any deficiency in the quality of hospitality services.
• Direct visitors to the concerned department as well as liaise with security to facilitate visitors at the entrance and the parking lots.
Requirements:
• Must have tertiary level qualification, although appropriate experience in a similar role may remove this requirement.
• At least 2 years of experience as a reception desk greeter or a related discipline in the GCC.
• Fluent in English as well as Arabic.
• Must be a GCC national.
