- Required to have a CPA certification/membership in addition to other finance related qualifications with experience in Insurance and Healthcare Financing
- Responsible for managing and directing the company's cash flow position throughout the company and maintain the integrity of funds, securities and other valuable documents,
- Manage the establishment for a leading financial system receive, have custody of and disburse the company’s monies & securities which includes the responsibility for establishing and implementing the company’s accounting policies and procedures for credit, collections, purchasing and payment of bills in addition to related financial obligations
- Prepare budgets and analyze financial statements, recognize and strategically respond to the needs of the organization and the company’s business model for augmenting customer value and translate the key performance indicators for performance management
• All applicants should have extensive experience, at senior management level, in Healthcare and Corporate sectors.
• Shortlisted applicants should hold a Post Graduate or equivalent professional degree from reputed and accredited institutions.
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate sound decision-making abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills (i.e proficiency in English is necessary and knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage)
• Candidates should have a proven track record of working well under pressure
• These positions are based in the State of Kuwait, and will be reporting directly to the CEO
