Requirements:
- Masters/ Bachelors Degree in Commerce/ Finance/ Accounts.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Expert in Tally ERP/ MS office
- Knowledge of general accounting transactions
- Excellent communication skills and English command
- Ensure that all purchase transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure accounts payable transactions are in accordance with the company's internal control procedures
- Ensure timely booking and payment of supplier’s invoices
- Review and reconcile supplier’s statement of accounts regularly
- Accounting for sales and collections, follow-up for the timely collections with customers
- Coordinates and liaises with the sales team and the warehouse team
- Ensure and perform timely deposit of customer’s cheque/cash into company’s bank account
- Ensure timely booking of stock transfers from different warehouse in the system
- Maintain the registers of Imports, stock transfers and cheque collection
- Prepares Credit/debit notes for adjustments.
- Assisting in Monthly/yearly closing activities.
- Perform other duties as required by the head
