Requirements:
- Should have Minimum 5 years experiences in executive / managerial position
- Minimum 2 Years GCC/UAE Experience is a MUST
- Should hold valid UAE Driving license which is a MUST
- Should be graduate / Post graduate in any discipline
- Should have knowledge on working with computers and MS office applications
- Language: English, Hindi/Urdu and south Indian Language will be an advantage
Job Description
- Should be capable to coordinate and manage facilities of workers camp accommodation, food, transport, PPE, tools, and labor welfare management etc.
- Should be capable to organize new arrival deployment, trade test coordination, gate pass coordination etc.
- Should be capable to coordinate with time sheet management, idle status management, inventory management, daily occupancy / vacant / absenteeism management etc.
- Should be capable of providing management information system in timely manner.
- Should make periodic visit in the workers accommodation and make sure the lighting, cleaning, exhausting, bedding, drinking water and other facilities are meeting the company standards and government environmental policy.
- Should follow HSE procedures, company rules and regulations.
- Age limit : 35 - 45 can be relaxed according to the fitness and experiences
- Camp + Ex Army / Security Experience is preferred.
Salary Details: 4,500 To 6,000 Monthly (AED) + Food + Accommodation + Transportation Provided
