Requirements:
- Candidate should be confident with pleasing personality.
- Experience: 2 5 years. Prior experience in Receptionist, Secretarial or Administration roles will be an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to European and Female candidates.
Job Role:
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service.
- Handle and take full ownership of customers incoming and outgoing interactions (visits, phone, email, fax, etc.)
- Ensure all walk-in customer interactions (enquiry, feedback, requests, etc.) are accurately and timely captured and recorded in available systems and logs.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints / issues within the stipulated time.
